Possible Shipping Delays due to COVID-19

Due to the impact from the Coronavirus COVID-19 pandemic, we have made the decision to temporarily hold customer shipments of physical products to provide schools with the needed time to make the appropriate arrangements in light of school closures. We expect this shipping hold to be in place through June 30th, but may be extended.

For customers who can accept delivery of physical products now, you can request that your order be processed and released. Simply inform us that you can accept delivery by sending an email to k12customerservice@savvas.com with your order number and contact information should we need to reach you with any questions. Upon receipt of your email, we will process and release your order.

Please note: orders using credit cards and orders for only Realize licenses will continue to be processed as normal.
