WHAT INFORMATION IS COLLECTED

 

When one registers to become a user of the Site (“User”), we request certain information about a User, including but not limited to, their name, email address, business phone number and address and other User business information necessary to be able to process requests and transactions on the Site. When a customer orders on the Site, such orders may be processed with a credit card number, and such credit card numbers shall also be considered confidential business information. A User’s personally-identifying information shall be used by Savvas Learning Company to help manage and fulfill the intended order tracking/order placement purposes of this Site. Upon a User’s request, we will (i) remove a User’s personal and business information from our database, thereby canceling the User’s ability to use the Site, or (ii) correct a User’s personal and confidential business information that the User states is erroneous.

While on a secure page, such as our order form, the lock icon on the bottom of Web browsers such as Netscape Navigator and Microsoft Internet Explorer becomes locked, as opposed to un-locked, or open, when you are just "surfing".
